Job Description
- Plan and co-ordinate weekly/monthly production and manpower schedule
- Set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to facilitate supervision for quality and process control
- Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation/validation, new process and change in process
- Set and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records
- Prepare and implement work improvement program
- Oversee the maintenance, repair and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
- Develop and organize training sessions for new production lines
- Other ad-hoc job assigned by production manager
Requirements
- Minimum ITE Nitec or equivalent food technology certification
- Good communication, analytical and leadership skill
- At least 1 year of experience working in food manufacturing industry as a supervisor
