Our client is a start-up company within the electric mobility industry based in Singapore. As part of their expansion in Singapore and regionally, they are looking for a seasoned HR manager to manage full spectrum of HR duties in Singapore, excluding payroll.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Performance Planning: Design and implement performance management systems to ensure clear goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
    Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Analyze compensation data to ensure the company's salary structure remains competitive and equitable.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits packages.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and company objectives.
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
    Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management roles, with a focus on recruitment, performance planning, compensation and benefits, and policy drafting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with HR software and tools for recruitment, performance management, and HR analytics is desirable
