Contract Period : 06 Moths

Work type: Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote

Work Location : Pasir Panjang


Job Description:

  1. Work with Trust & Safety team.
  2. Create and improve processes, maintain records, conduct legal research and coordinate communications across the team.
  3. As a Policy Specialist, Trust and Safety, you will process legal removal requests across a large number of products.
  4. Provide information to internal and external customers regarding legal removals processes.
  5. Field and process a high volume of incoming complaints that will be processed through internal tools based on a complex internal policy.

Top Responsibilities:

  1. Process removal requests efficiently and accurately.
  2. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
  3. Display excellent prioritization and organization skills.
  4. Facilitate communication of process and policy to internal and external customers.
  5. Create documentation for existing and new policies and procedures.

Experience/Education

  1. BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
  2. Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high quality on repetitive tasks and detailed workflows.
  3. Excellent reading comprehension skills and comfort acting independently to follow detailed workflows and escalate when necessary.
  4. 6 months of data entry experience, operations, or low-level legal work experience
  5. Must speak and write in English
  6. Ability and willingness to work on data entry tasks.
  7. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal stakeholders 2 years of data entry, operations, or low-level legal work experience.
  8. Comfortable working in a tech environment.
