Our company operates in the hospitality and accomodations industry. We are expanding and seeking eager, competent talents to join us. The Accounts Assistant will assist on all accounting and taxation compliance for the company.
Overview:
- Oversight of full accounting process for multiple entities.
- Quarterly GST submissions.
- Income Tax preparation and submissions.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Monitor and manage AR and AP cash flows. Report to Management on AR/AP health.
Notes:
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
- Company uses QuickBooks accounting software
