Job Responsibilities:
· Plans, organizes and sets up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
· Attends project kick off meetings; project team meetings, and updates on progress;
· Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities;
· Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and work program
· Manages all site staff and subcontractors’ schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site.
Job Requirements:
· Min Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
· Min 5 years of relevant working experience in construction or equivalent
· Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
· Team player with good interpersonal skills
