Job Description
- Co-ordinate order release from customer to assignment of delivery
- Perform daily cycle count
- Track delivery personnel to ensure parts are deliver promptly
- Check return parts and in-stock accordingly
- Prepare document for export
- Receipt in stock on daily basis
- Co-ordinate and ensure goods are delivered on priority
- Liaise with customer and take responsibility of goods assigned
Job Requirement
- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license is mandatory
- Ability to co-ordinate with customer on Parts and Equipment delivery
- Good knowledge of Singapore road and main location
- Good stock keeping attitude and organisation
- Ability to use computer (Excel, word, email) as part of communication with customer
- Ability to interact and communicate via email to update customer.
