What You'll Do:
You will join the Singapore District Cooling (SDC), an arm of SP Group who provides district cooling and heating services to developments in Singapore and China. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support Projects planning, constructions and Projects T&C in collaboration with Project Managers
- Prepare engineering documents, technical drawings and tender specification
- Coordinate and organise resources within relevant departments in the company to participate, contribute to meet project deliverables in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with client’s consultants, main contractors and subcontractors on M&E services design, interfacing, and routings,
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering / related discipline from university recognized by Singapore PE Board
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and HVAC design.
- Able to commit to 2 years contract under agency headcount (renewal or conversion subject to individual performance and projects)
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in district cooling system design would be a plus.
- Good data management skills
