Job Description
System activities
- Create, activate, maintain, validate, and deactivate and secure user accounts and contact information for IT systems.
- Application access administration over multiple platforms including administrative and healthcare applications.
- Perform system parameter clean-up for existing systems to standardize and harmonize various data fields related to IT Access.
- Perform On-boarding and Off-boarding process.
Administrative activities
- Work with policy and business requirement development groups to provide subject matter expertise regarding the provisioning of user account and contact data validity.
- Provide quality control and quality assurance techniques to the development of identity records and user access for IT systems.
- Assist in audit exercise in consolidating supporting documents from the respective HODs / IT Project Manager / System Owner ensuring audit complaint and not deviating with the standard process.
- Facilitate communication between System Owners / Operators, Compliance (Privacy and Security), and end users and managers regarding identity record and user access matters.
- Assist ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have a clear understanding of the current job practices and policies.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft windows operating systems
- Preferably with experiences of Office 365 administration
- Experience of Domain environment & MS Exchange
- Experience of Virtualization environment (Hyper-V and VMware)
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent customer management skill
