As a CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer relationships by leveraging CRM tools and analytics. Your primary focus will be to analyze customer behavior, understand their needs, and ensure a seamless experience throughout their journey. By utilizing your expertise in CRM systems, you will contribute to the growth of our customer base and foster long-lasting relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behavior patterns.
  • Utilize CRM tools to extract meaningful insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommendations for improving customer engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand customer requirements and expectations.
  • Use customer feedback and data analysis to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Implement and manage CRM processes to ensure effective communication and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with customer support to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage CRM tools for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to optimize system usage.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate initial purchases through targeted CRM strategies.
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling initiatives based on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM-driven sales initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a CRM management role within the Luxury Fashion clothings industry.
  • Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with boutique staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
