- Ensure that all invoices are captured accurately and on time by team members.
- Reviewing bi-monthly internal fund transfers, closing monthly accounts, performing variance analysis, and reviewing audit schedules.
- Ensuring bank reconciliations, reviewing journal entries, preparing GST submissions, preparing financial statements, and monitoring daily cash book.
- Liaising with auditors on accounting matters, preparing, consolidating group monthly management accounts, and assisting in closing activities.
- Monitoring project costs, preparing Annual Reports, financial statements, and SGX announcements, Preparing and submitting Management Reports, working with tax agents for computations and submission.
- Ensuring statutory accounting IFRS/tax compliance, statutory accounting IFRS/tax compliance and assisting in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
