In this critical position, you will drive growth and provide overall supervision and strategic leadership of the region. Using your strong business acumen, you take full ownership of the following:


Role Responsibilities:


  • Experience in end user hardware, Microsoft and Apple products end user support knowledge is required with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.
  • Supports Windows, Mac OS workstations and various smart mobile devices.
  • Liaise with vendors / manufacturers for hardware related issues, not limited to warranty claims, replacement of faulty parts, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Aware with IT Security and Information Security policies and best practices
  • Understanding of concepts and willingness to learn and support processes such as ITIL and life cycle management.
  • Modifies systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications.
  • Assists in integration of new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.
  • Maintain Audio Visual conference rooms.
  • Excellent customer service and technical skills
  • Experience in assisting integration of new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.
  • Maintains and modifies systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications or installations.
  • Responsible for responding to requests for IT support via multiple sources, logging service calls, generating trouble tickets, managing trouble, incident reports and monitoring their progress and resolution.
  • Monitors telecommunication systems and equipment in addition to troubleshooting any type of hardware or software incidents to ensure that systems perform in a manner which meets business/client’s needs and objectives.
  • You will actively support Tier I & 2 IT support to the business and to external customers, responds to support requests by diagnosing and resolving service calls within guidelines, and escalate more complex incidents and service calls to the appropriate level.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong analytical disposition with attention to details.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment.
