Job description
- Assist the Project Manager of the daily site project management and liaise with all parties engaged by the client and users including site inspections.
- Project management services to all construction, renovation, A&A, Infrastructure Improvement and upgrading related works campus-wide
- Chair every progress meeting with users, contractors, consultants, vendors and act as the recording sectary (in the absence of the Project Manager) of each progress. To circulate Minutes to all parties and monitor each actionable item is acted on time.
- Submit to client the site progress reports
- Routine site inspections to ensure the built qualities are as per the technical specifications and site safety precautions are observed.
- In consultation with client, impose Stop-Work Order if Contractors do not comply to safety regulations.
- Routine site coordination with all parties to ensure site is clean
- Prepare technical specifications, method statements and sourcing for quotations.
- Liaise with the client, vendors, contractors, consultants, landlord and authorities.
- Ensure smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and quality standards.
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or its equivalent
