6 months contract - Client Monitoring Officer
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Compliance team in client periodic review process through the conduct of due diligence searches
· Conduct refresher due diligence searches
· Perform regular account reviews (secondary)
· Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the team
· Undertake any duties as assigned
· Foster a positive compliance culture within the Bank through advice, communication and training
Requirements
· University degree
· At least 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or client on-boarding function, including exposure in the private wealth environment.
· Should possess good analytical skills and able to independently perform in-depth analysis on Compliance related matters, particularly on client due diligence and client periodic review.
· Good knowledge of common IT applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
· Good working knowledge of Chinese as candidate will be required to review Chinese documents.
Salary: $4500 - $6000
Location: CBD
Working hours: 8.30 am – 6.00 pmmon-fri
