Job Responsibility:
- Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target
- Achieve Personal Sales Target
- Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions
- Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, outlet paper works, etc
- Responsible in managing Outlet Personnel Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Outlet Human Resources responsibilities (inclusive Annual Leaves, Shifts)
- Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in retail, beauty, hairdressing industry
- Able to commit retail working hours
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
