Operation Executive (Warehouse/QC, Central, Up to $3600)
Salary: Up to $3600 with Bonus
Workday/Time: Monday-Friday, Alternate Saturday
Location: Tai Seng
Responsibilities:
- Handle all inventory-related inquiries from different departments daily, including expiry dates, quantities, and picking.
- Manage Reverse Logistics operations, both physically and administratively, and resolve any discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct Quantity Checking operations to enhance picking accuracy.
- Handle order requests and address any discrepancies with stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory availability and shelf life.
- Keep stakeholders informed about delivery updates.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and creating schedules for planning purposes.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Ensure production output meets required specifications.
- Provide daily reports on performance and progress.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
- Other warehouse duties as required.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- At least 2 Years of Experience
