Benefits Summary:
- Basic up to 3800 + Transport Allowance (if applicable) + AWS + VB
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- 1 week/month on standby rotation to support if service team is short-handed or if training needed
- Entitled for OT claim
- Location: Changi Business Park
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients who can benefit from the product offerings
- Traveling to meet with prospective clients, both locally and internationally
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers
- Understanding and interpreting customer needs and preferences
- Generating price quotes for clients
- Engaging in negotiations to secure sales agreements while agreeing on terms and conditions
- Providing post-sales assistance and support services
- Managing client accounts and their associated administrative tasks
- Analyzing the costs and sales associated with each client account
- Compiling and presenting reports to the corporate headquarters
- Consistently meeting predetermined sales targets
- Coordinating and overseeing sales projects
- Contributing to marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, conferences, and various promotional events
- Conducting technical presentations and showcasing how our products fulfill client requirements
- Offering pre-sales technical guidance and product education
- Collaborating with fellow sales team members and technical experts
- Resolving client issues and addressing their concerns
- Assisting in the development of tailor-made products
- Creating training materials and providing support to the sales team
- Assisting the sales manager with data analysis and sales presentations
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Preferably minimum 2 years sales experience
- Knowledge in gas control and analysis equipment in vacuum process (RGA, Manometer, Gas concentration monitor, MFC, MFM) preferred
- Preferably minimum 1 years working experience in cleanroom environment or semiconductor industry
- Able to do after office hour support
- Customer focused and oriented
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated, mature, hard working and able to work under pressure
