HR Operations Senior Executive ( 1 year contract, up to $6,000/mth)

Job Description
- Manages employee full lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, including letter preparation, work pass management, system maintenance and physical on and offboarding works
- Maintains smooth running of the Human Resources Information System (SAP)
- Monitors timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards etc)
- To organise locally and produce SAP Group HR reporting
- Administer MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations and ensure updates of employee data to MOM are completed timely.
- Be the back-up for payroll processing, posting and reports for Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates’ compensation, special payments), income submission to IRAS and tax clearance for non-Singaporeans (if needed).
- Understand the process and support all payroll related matters such as payment of CPF, EPF, SOSCO, PCB, EIS etc, prepare monthly Headcount report and survey if required
- Monitor and alert the Human Resources Manager to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
Requirement
- have strong knowledge of the local regulations and at least 4 - 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience.
- Together with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you also thrive under pressure and able to demonstrate strong operational abilities to the team.
