Job Description
- Reporting to Admin & Accounts Manager
- Assist with daily administrative duties.
- Daily tasks include but not limited to - invoicing, administrative and office support activities. Duties may include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, Microsoft word processing, submission of documents to finance companies
- Work closely with Sales team to support sales and coordinate logistics for delivery.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Assist with filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
