- Support production defects - Provide first level support, impacted list, Work around, Issues investigation.
- Support customer IT team perform configuration change in production environment (e.g. rate change, rule change, etc.)

- Monitor Application and database Health.
- Operation assistant
- Provide workaround to user to continue specific operation which blocked by system issue or dirty data
- Provide guide or assistant to Ops team regarding application access management (e.g. user creation, privilege grant)
- Data Patch
- Discuss solution with user, Prepare & Review Data Patch Scripts, Dump data from production and let user verify DP in UAT first. Specifically for finance related issues.
- Investigate integration related issues and provide Root cause and direction to eBao team for fixing
- Monitor - issues for which the production defects has not been fixed
- User request – Data Query
- Help user query data from system, clarify & answer question related to system usage
- User request – Data extraction
- extract particular data or report from Data base as user request, reply user questions and help solve user problems
- Projects and CR Support
- Join daily stand up meetings and other meeting including release planning, Change Request Champion meeting and environment planning meeting.
- Support FWD QA and FE/IS team SIT, troubleshooting
- Support FWD UAT and issue fixing & retesting
