Our client is a startup within the electric mobility and energy industry based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to craft visually appealing and user-centric interfaces for both mobile and web applications.
- Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate your design concepts and ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback for continuous design improvements.
- Establish and uphold design guidelines and standards to maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across our products.
- Concentrate on optimizing the user journey and interface interactions to elevate overall user experiences.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in mobile and web design to guide ongoing enhancements to our products.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer, supported by a compelling portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work for both mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent software.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into elegant and intuitive designs.
- Hands-on experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively convey and justify design decisions.
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and the ability to excel in a dynamic startup environment.
