Responsibilities
Support and Implementation:
- Assist in implementing and enhancing Safety, Quality, Environment, and Health Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, SS651, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Act responsibly for personal safety and the safety of others affected by actions or omissions.
- Ensure Major Accident Hazards are minimized to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate issues when necessary.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive quality management system enhancements across departments, ensuring alignment with IATF standards.
Apply risk management principles, set organizational goals, and address risks and opportunities in line with the strategic direction. - Facilitate QA and Production Quality Meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action items.
Assist in managing customer complaints, feedback, and 8D reports, while promoting awareness of Quality Policy and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR). - Cultivate a quality-focused culture within the organization, maintaining connections with external accreditation bodies.
Ensure CSR compliance through comprehensive training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. - Address internal and external QMS-related issues, overseeing Core Tools documentation.
Act as a backup Reviewer and Approver for Management of Change (MOC) and Non-Regular Work (NRW) in the absence of the Quality Manager.
Manage internal and external audits, addressing all findings, and review batch release activities for production, ensuring strict adherence to regulations and Quality standards. - Serve as the backup Approver for batch release activities, meticulously reviewing product records, analytical data, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Supervise non-conformity correction, storage, identification, and logistics for the final shipment process.
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years plus working experience in Quality Assurance/Audit function.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar quality systems and experience in facing quality
- Demonstrated leadership skills including teamwork, communication, prioritization and change management
