Job Scope
• Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Sending reference checks & educational verifications
• Getting ready induction kits and document for new staff reporting for work (such as issuing temporary staff card, printing name tags, etc)
• Assist the execs with administrative work to offboard staff who have resigned or whose contract is ending
• Other HR admin duties assigned
Job Requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Minimum qualification: A Level, NITEC, Diploma
