Position Summary:
- To develop applications and assist in other software projects where necessary, working with business managers closely
- To provide production maintenance BAU (business-as-usual) support for ERP SAP B1 and other project related activities when required
- BAU support includes L1/L2/L3 technical support, and leading the application maintenance and development
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers to ideate software solutions
- Apply development principles and best practices for scalability and efficiency
- Knowledgeable and have technical experience with frameworks, especially integrating front-end development and back-end server-side development
- Able to work independently and craft own timeline
- Responsible for primary application support, incident recovery, problem tracking, diagnosis, replications, troubleshooting, and resolution of the incidents
- Determine type of issue by first level support (contact centre) & perform second level investigation support (data, application use, procedure and/or process, system, network, etc.) and route to the extended parties responsible for the successful resolution
- Track contact centre tickets to identify technical issues and either resolve those issues or escalate them to the responsible party (i.e. identify server, network, or database issues and re-assign to the appropriate team)
- Perform periodic statistical extraction to support operational reporting (capacity management availability, obsolescence, maintenance plan)
- Support key audit & major compliance tasks when required
- Support deployment to production for all business enhancements, tech refresh upgrade & security compliance patching in accordance with change process
- Participate in continuous improvement tasks in enhancing existing monitoring mechanism towards full automation with minimal human intervention
- May require to support special projects implementation including SI and also CR
- Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives
Job Requirements
Technical Skills
- Experienced in supporting for SAP B1, HANA if is an added advantage
- Detailed in the understanding of SAP B1 and its architecture
- Hands-on development experience in developing applications using SAP B1 SDK, VB.NET/C#, Web Services, ASP.Net and Crystal Reports
- Excellent MS SQL knowledge
- Familiar with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Good technology and broad IT skills

- Open mind-set of reflecting on one’s actions from external feedbacks (Reflect & Reinvent)

Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 (depends on qualification & experience)
