Job Description
- Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
- Providing assistance to the senior cooks to ensure the daily operations readiness, such as preparing ingredients, meat, salads and desserts are sufficient for operation needs etc.
- Ensure to follow thru the kitchen SOP and Keep the workstation, equipment is clean and well organized.
- Assist to mentor/train Trainee Cook/Cook Assistant
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year experience working in a similar capacity.
