HR Executive (6-month Maternity Cover)

Responsible for end-to-end Compensation & Benefits functions for 6-month maternity cover


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing including but not limited to tax withholding, yearly income tax returns (including IR21), salary reviews, bonuses payment, CPF submission, etc.
  • Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (including off-cycle)
  • Ensure prompted system updates in accordance with statutory legislation change (e.g. CPF changes, statutory contribution, IRAS
  • Liaise with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll reports
  • Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking exercises, payroll-related initiatives compensation & benefits surveys (including Government/MOM).
  • Ensure timely and accurate government claims submission (e.g. NS pay, childcare, maternity, etc), staff medical claims (e.g. specialist, health screening, WICA, etc)
  • Proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice reports correspondences) pertaining to Compensation & Benefits related activities.
  • Manage employee welfare benefits, leave matters, insurance, reports and any inquiries
  • Point of contact with external auditors on compensation and benefits matters
  • Liaising with insurers with regards to enrolment and termination of members
