We are offering a full-time position in a growing global organisation, with offices in every time zone. We support a hybrid working environment: you will be working from home, our office and at our customer's sites.

What does the role involve?

Due to onboarding new clients and growth within South East Asia, and Singapore specifically, we are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant to work within our growing and dynamic team. The role will focus on assisting in developing relationships with new customers and support sales with the onboarding of new customers. You are able and willing to travel for work related site vists across South East Asia. In addition to this, on a daily basis the role will see you:

  • Leading new customer project implementations
  • Configure our Slim4 software, provide training and deliver ongoing support to existing and new customers to optimise processes.
  • Build a strong relationship of trust with several contacts within the customer’s organisation through your competence, empathy and understanding.
  • Act as an ongoing support person after onboarding of new clients to assist with future planning
  • Support sales with tender discussions relating to technical features of the platform

What experience will you have?

We’re looking for experienced candidates who have strong technical ability as well as a keen eye to identify continuous improvement opportunities for our clients. In addition to this, you will ideally have

  • A background in supply chain and/or project management
  • Experience in onboarding clients and supporting them in understanding technical features
  • A strong understanding of the processes around forecasting, demand planning and inventory optimisation, as well as a feeling for IT.
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related studies or have at least 5 years of experience working in supply chain (or, more specifcally: inventory management)
  • Preferably you already have working rights in Singapore
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa (Malay or Indonesia) will be highly appreciated
