As the Client Coverage Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts, making lasting connections and fostering collaborations that drive revenue growth and innovation.
Primary Role:
- As a Client Coverage Manager, you'll be instrumental in the development of robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. You'll work closely with our valued institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and private bank customers to build and nurture long-lasting partnerships.
- Expertise in Investor KYC/AML: Your role will also involve contributing to the essential Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. By assisting in the meticulous handling of these requirements, you'll ensure our investors' peace of mind and regulatory compliance, making their investment journey seamless and secure.
- Drive Capital Raising: thrives on innovation and expansion. As part of your responsibilities, you'll play a vital role in expanding the Company's investor base. You'll be a key player in raising capital for our investment funds, covering a diverse range of opportunities including co-investments, segregated accounts, discretionary and non-discretionary investment mandates, and our External Asset Management (EAM) business.
Requirements:
- Candidates who have a deep understanding of the local market and can effortlessly navigate its nuances.
- Network and Relationship Building: Your existing relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, and commercial banks will give you an advantageous head start in making immediate contributions to our team.
- Industry Knowledge: Your familiarity with the real estate industry will be a strong asset, enabling you to provide unique insights and tailor-made solutions to our clients' diverse investment needs.
