Our client is a listed SGX entity, who is a leading property investment and development group in APAC regions. You will be joining the team with a primary focus in one of their key markets, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the consolidation of accounts of a group of companies and reporting in accordance with financial reporting standards and group policies.
You will work closely with JV finance team on all finance related work, review/prepare of annual budgets and forecasts, review tax schedules and payments prepared by JV finance team including all outgoing funds, agreements, proposals and resolutions etc.
You will monitor cash flow of the group, capital calls and repatriation of funds and prepare management reports including quarterly board papers to support senior management on analysis, decision making and presentation purposes.
You will be the key liaison with business units and JV finance team on preparation of Sustainability Report, liaison with external auditor, internal auditor, and tax agent for group of companies for annual audited financial statements, tax submission, compliance reporting and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
You will possess a Degree in Finance or CA/CPA/Qualified accountant with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in real estate industry, with the ability to work in a team, good attitude in learning, adaptable to fast-paced environment, exposure to Indonesia market (a plus to speak, read and write in Bahasa) and able to travel as and when required.
