Job Description
- Fluent in written (formal) and spoken Chinese
- Have knowledge of posting ads on and working with Chinese Media (XiaoHongShu, DouYin etc.)
- Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to craft and refine promotion mechanics
- Assist to maintain and manage the company’s e-commerce stores, including content creation and SKU management.
- Assist with online Ad buys, performance marketing, media planning and strategizing.
- Assist to manage the company’s digital marketing front: DouYin, XiaoHongShu, Google (Analytics and Ads) - includes content creation and analysis of each campaign’s data
Skills / Requirements
- Microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) to communicate business dealings with Chinese business partners
- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Integrated Marcomms or similar.
- Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must be resourceful and adaptable
- Adobe photoshop/illustrator and/or Canva
- Able to do simple graphic design
Working Hours: 5 days week
