Admin Assistant cum Receptionist(Sengkang)

Job Description:

1. Customer Service at the front desk which includes:

a. Answering of phone calls

b. Attend to phone and walk-in inquiries

2. Caring for students:

a. Attend to students in the sickbay

b. Contact parents when required

c. Coordinating early dismissal of students

3. Assist in admin duties

a. Data Entry

b. To receive goods delivered and coordinate with the ordering

person

c. Any other duties assigned by the school


Job Requirement:

• Atleast three passes in GCE ‘O’ Level including English and/or Mathematics or equivalent;

• Certificate/Nitec/Higher nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or other

business-related disciplines; or

• ESS Career Readiness Certificate (operations) or ESS Workplace

Literacy and numeracy (WPLN) Level 5


Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public

holidays
