Responsibilities
- To involve and understand the tender and project details requirements in tender document
- Study in-depth of tender document specifications & prepare project construction program schedule and proper work logic sequencing.
- Develop the activities, logic, resources and progress for the assigned project sub-elements, leading to the creation of the baseline program
- Prepare master program schedule which includes resource loading and progress.
- Productivity monitoring and identification of alternate approaches to optimize the plan(s)
- Keeps updated on the construction industry practices and standards and recommends ways to improve the planning and scheduling systems.
- To coordinate with design consultants and operation teams for construction activity, technical proposal, manpower plan, equipment plan, etc.
- Coordinate with the Tender team on tender clarifications and submission
- Prepare Method Statements and tender presentation
- Attend site visits when needed
Requirements
- Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc.
- 3 years of relevant experience in the construction and building industry. Preferably specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies
- Willing to learn 3D bim softwares.
Salary
$3,000 to $4,200
