- Project Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with Lombard Lending's strategic objectives and Series D funding initiatives.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and project goals.
- Stakeholder Communication:Act as a central point of contact for all IT project-related communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders, leadership, and Series D investors.
Foster collaboration between IT, business units, and external partners to ensure project success.
- Resource Management:Allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives, managing budgets and timelines in adherence to Series D funding guidelines.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the overall success of IT projects.
- Quality Assurance:Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that IT projects meet Lombard Lending's standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Technology Integration:Collaborate with the IT team to integrate new technologies seamlessly, enhancing Lombard Lending's capabilities and ensuring scalability in line with Series D expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in the fintech industry, with a track record of successful project delivery during Series D funding stages.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with Series D investors.
