Programming and Events Executive

World Farm Company (private) Limited

We are a pets and children-focused outdoor lifestyle venue seeking a highly organized and dynamic Programming and Events Executive to join our team and take charge of on-site events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and managing the various aspects of our events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional visitor experiences. You will be supported by the marketing and operations departments to deliver the perfect event. If you like coming up with unique and interesting ideas (think drive-in movie nights, silent disco etc.) and have a passion for delivering flawless events, this role is for you!


Job Description & Requirements:

  • Conceptualise, coordinate, and execute on-site events with various themes and scales, including monthly artisanal markets, Christmas markets, and other seasonal events
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of event plans
  • Manage all aspects of events from ideation, and vendor sign up, to event wrap up
  • Assist with the marketing of the event including creating simple marketing collaterals and managing social media platforms
  • Design programs and activities to make casual visits to our venue more exciting and fun
  • Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance visitor experience through overall activities to drive footfall
  • Handling the marketing and leasing of advertising and other spaces
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to optimize resources and enhance event quality
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively identify solutions to ensure events run without disruptions
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses, keeping track of financial aspects related to on-site logistics including procurement of event requirements

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or higher in event management, marketing, hospitality, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing on-site events will be advantageous
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required by event schedules (in exchange for off-in-lieu)

Working Timing (s):

Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm

Saturday: 9am to 1pm
