Based in the north of Singapore, our Client is an industrial powerhouse committed to delivering quality, cutting edge technologies to their customers worldwide.
They are looking for an Accounting and Tax Senior Manager to join them. You will be playing a key role in maintaining the financial health of the Company. In this role, you will manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the Company, monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles, and maintain accounting books and records properly
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
- Build relationships and interact with business units to provide good solutions
- Maintain full set of books and accounting records in accordance with statutory accounting standards and other regulations
- Ensure timely management reporting and analysis
- Review company’s performance with effective analysis of income statement including revenue, gross margins, product, project cost and working capital
- Budgeting controls and Forecasting
- Financial tracking, forecasting and review of Company’s performance against budget
- Support benchmarking of company’s financial and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, Stock and CAPEX management
- Internal controls review and implementation
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other relevant government authorities
- Organization management, clear guidance and support of accounting staff
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy / Professional qualification with ACCA /CIMA / CPA
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Possessed strong business acumen and leadership qualities
- Proficient in MS Office, especially with spreadsheet
- SAP knowledge and skill are essential
