Client Solutions Manager

This position reports to the Business Unit Director and interfaces with other internal organization members (Sales & Technical Coordination, Talents Acquisition and Management, Operations/HR, Consultants, and etc…) and externally: with Prospects, Clients, Delivery Partners, etc...


This position will provide the individuals with the opportunity of starting to build their own "intra-company" within the Group, where they will learn a complete range of skills: Business + HR and Recruitment + Management of both people and finance.


Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities:


Sales:


➢ Business Development

- Conduct market research to identify projects, trends and opportunities in the Energy industry

- Identify relevant projects, clients and prospects (“customers”) - Organize meetings with customers

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customers’ organization

- Participate in elaborating sales and marketing materials (references, use cases, presentations, etc…)


➢ Consulting

- Have a consulting approach with key stakeholders within customers’ organization

- Develop exhaustive understanding on customers’ organizations

- Identify new business opportunities within customers’ organizations based on their key challenges


➢ Solutioning

- Collaborate with the technical team to create and develop innovative value propositions that meet the needs of our customers

- Formalize value proposition into solutions and/or offers (“services”)

- Sales of services including contract and pricing negotiation

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to industrialize services to create comprehensive go-to-market strategies


➢ Delivery

- Participate in services implementation within customers’ organizations

- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely delivery of solutions

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics


Transversal activities:


➢ Tendering

- Aggregate existing tendering tools and develop new ones

- Participate in elaborating relevant tendering methodologies and materials

➢ Engagement model

- Work closely with the legal, sales, marketing, and technical teams to improve engagement models

➢ Mega projects monitoring

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to monitor key incoming projects

- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure commercial actions are taken timely to maximize business opportunities


Requirements:

- At least 6-8 years of proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in a similar industry.

- Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, communication, negotiation.

- Remarkable ability to convince and influence people.

- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets: autonomous A-PLAYER with ambitious goals

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Master’s Degree or equivalent (technical)
