Responsibilities
- Assist QMS manager in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079) and business accreditations company-wide.
- Coordinate certifications and accreditations for quality systems and industrial standards across regions and sites to align with company strategy.
- Provide training on Management Systems and ensure successful internal quality system audits across sites.
- Qualify and monitor Subcon (PCBA, Meter & Full turnkey) manufacturing sites, supporting quality assurance and addressing customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain procedures to measure subcon performance, establish sampling plans, and oversee testing criteria.
- Manage various daily tasks, including maintaining Quality Manuals, organizing internal audits, hosting external audits, analyzing procedural needs, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Min 2-3 years related experience as a Quality System Engineer for similar product lines
- Working in multi-national company, having experience working with different sites in aligning the procedures & processes.
- Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079
