Responsibilities:
- Ensure system availability and provide support for applications like Core HRMS, Self Service HR, Absent/Leave Management, Talent Management, Compensation Modules and other ERP modules.
- Be the support staff who needs to closely co-ordinate and work with various team like Tech Infra, application services, solutioning, project and business units with the Customers
- Be a technical support team member for Oracle Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)
- Follow up to resolve issues reported by Client and performs impact analysis related BAU/projects/enhancements that will impact the ERP applications.
- Able to support relevant software/platform/database upgrade for the system
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
- 5-7 years and above work experience in Oracle HRMS
- Good to have experience in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell scripting, Oracle Workflow, Oracle reports, Oracle Application Framework Workflow customizations, Interface design.
- Hands on experience into Forms [10g] – Forms, Custom.pll and Personalisation
- Hands on experience into Forms Reports [10g] – RDF, XML Publisher, PL/SQL Report, Discoverer
- Hands on experience into Oracle SSO – [OID, OAM, ADFS], Workflow Builder
- Good to have knowledge on Weblogic, Fusion HCM, Ticketing system, REST/SOAP APIs, Taleo Recruiting
- Good to have knowledge on Oracle Cloud & DevOps technologies
- Good to have experience in IT Project Delivery using Waterfall/Agile Methodology and complete Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience decomposing complex problems into component parts for effective problem solving
- Experience working with external Vendors & outsourced projects
- Good communication and interpersonal and presentation skills
