- Source and select maritime personnel.
- Oversee training and professional development.
- Coordinate crew schedules and rotations.
- Ensure adherence to maritime regulations and standards.
- Resolve disputes, manage crew performance, and maintain morale.
- Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety policies.
- Maintain accurate crew records and contracts.
- Develop and manage crewing budgets.
- Implement KPIs for crew performance analysis.
Requirements:
- COC class 1
- Minimum 5 years in maritime crewing.
- Deep understanding of international maritime regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
