Job Description
1. Demand management
- Customer demand forecast capture, validation, netting and input in ART as SR.
- Collaborates closely with customer, sales/account team and planner to fulfill.
- Customer demand ( recovery plan).
- Customer window for shipping schedule.
2. Team Management
- Daily operation coach and monitoring.
- Target deployment & setting.
- Motivate team to reach target.
3. COD Management
- Customer contact for forecast and ordering.
- Support and backup sales for customer request and response.
- Customer service and logistics issues follow up.
- Customer order management – contract T&C, pricing validation,- commitment/shipment follow up, assist Account receivable: dunning and clearance.
- Customer programs management (hub/consignment, EDI implementation) Hub inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years and above experience
- Leadership skill
- Familiar order process / forecast
- Inventory management knowledge
- ART, ERP and SAP knowledge
