Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for L1/L2 technology support including troubleshooting of Digital Signage Software, Network issues and Client platform relation problems, including PC, Printers and Peripherals
- Daily IT Support for customer ( onsite and offsite )
- Maintenance and upgrading of current system
- Hardware and Software evaluation with testing
- Other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned
- General Technical Trouble-shooting on I.T hardware and software products ( Digital Signage, LED Display )
- Handle incoming calls from end user for I.T matters
- Work closely with various IT resolver group to resolve customer software issues
- Project installation/ Maintenance
- Repair of LED modules
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- 2 years or more working experience in same field
- Mandarin Writing and speaking is a must as our supplier mostly from China
- Good written and spoken communication skills
