Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Quality Management and HACCP Program, ensuring that all standards are met and is in audit-ready state at all times.
- Handle customer's feedback and investigation
- Handling Halal and HCS application
- Conduct internal & external audit
- Conduct quality inspection and implement monitoring controls
- Coordinate with external laboratory for product analysis
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science/Technology or its equivalent
- Relevant work experience in the food industry
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
