Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to end-users for cloud-based applications and services
- Troubleshooting issues related to cloud infrastructure, such as servers, storage, and networking
- Responding to support requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalating complex issues to senior technical support staff or other teams as needed
- Documenting and tracking support requests and resolutions in a helpdesk ticketing system
- Providing training and assistance to end-users to help them effectively use cloud-based applications and services
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree or its equivalent with proven technical knowledge and expertise.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- AWS operations experience
- Automation scripting experience
- Any AWS / Azure / GCP certification and knowledge will be advantageous.
- Troubleshooting and patching OS such as Microsoft Windows (2016/2019), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (8/7/9), Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Knowledge on Linux Systems
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology will be advantageous
