Plan, co-ordinate the relief of all crew on board
• Implement efficient processes and standards
• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws
• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Employ and administrate staff
• Maintaining good level of corporate governance
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
• Crew deployment administration
• Prepare and submit ships’ budgets
• Monitor and compare variance on crew wages and expenses with the actual budgets
• Ensure ships’ CBAs, Seamen’ Contracts, ITF & Unions’ Cards, MLC Certificates to be valid at all time
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
• Assist Group Crewing Director in the development of the related IT systems
• Monitor the Company Agency Services in Singapore
