- Process payments at the cashier point accurately and efficiently.
- Top up retail products into the shelves in the retail area.
- Ensure products are arranged on the shelves according to the Standard Merchandising Guideline.
- Price products accurately for sale at the retail pharmacy
- Handle customer enquiries relating to retail products professionally, according to the Care Service Standard
- Responsible for the management of inventory.
- Responsible for the proper merchandising and conditions of the products
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy and areas where retail products are stored
- Monitor the expiry dates and the inventory stock level of retail products in the pharmacy
- Responsible for weekly order of surgical items from Material Management Department (MMD).
- Participate in projects and others task assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE "N" / ’O’ level and above
- Possess good customer skills
