⇒ Summary of Role
● Connexis Supply Chain is a global application use by company’s clients in America, Europe, Middle East, and
Asia for supply chain financing as such this asset needs to be part of a global governance from a release
management and production support follow up.
● We are looking at a Global Release Manager to ensure this governance is well applied within the 3 regions.
● The Release manager will work mainly with Central team located in Paris and will report functionally to the
Central Supply Chain Program manager located in France.
⇒ Responsibilities
● Framework for release management, in relation to Connexis Supply Chain APAC development team, the
Central Program Manager and the Product management (Operations and Business).
● Production KPI follow up on a quarterly basis for the Production committee, in relation to production support
in APAC.
● Assistance in the preparation of the various committees held at global level.
● Organize/facilitate workshops with multiple functions (IT, Operations, Business).
● Contribute to the good collection and follow up of all the requirements (IT, Business and Operations).
● Assistance on the IT budget follow up to the project / application.
⇒ Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
● Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
● Overall knowledge of Trade Finance is desirable.
● Candidate should have synthetic communication.
● Ability to report in an efficient manner (all the committees are supported by power point deck under the
charge of the Release Manager).
● IT governance principles knowledges (production governance like ITIL, demand management).
● Ability to collaborate / teamwork & share/pass on knowledge.
● IT/Operations/Business relationships.
● Ability to analyse, facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training.
● Candidate should be client oriented & proactive.
