COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be responsible for the overall Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) issues of the project
- To develop, implement, enforce and maintain safety policies, procedures and regulations to ensure site compliance with prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations
- Conducts regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure that all safety compliance and processes adhered to by all employees
- Manage and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation
- Conduct daily Toolbox Meeting (TBM), lead safety meetings, safety inspections, safety training and all other initiatives or activities to maintain a high level of safety at worksite
- Responsible for investigating accidents cases and in-house accident investigation report
- Carry out environmental control officer duties, familiar with NEA and MOM regulations
- Select candidates to undergo necessary safety courses
- Able to work with LTA clients and must be active 24/7 through phone in case if needed
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD
- Minimum WSH Level C or Degree in WSH or equivalent is preferred
- Must hold a valid Singapore registered WSHO license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Well-Versed in Workplace Safety & Health Act
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Only Singaporeans
- 6 days’ work week
- Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license
