OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
To perform quality and reliability test on incoming , new and outgoing products and provide after-sales service on all technical matters to customers.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that equipment sold meets standard requirements and perform effectively when used.
Provide technical know-how knowledge to team member
Conduct monthly servicing on the equipment
Prepare standard requirement procedures to test products.
Provide outdoor service on the installation or repair works as and when required
Pre-check on all customer returned product for warranty claim items
Assist sales staff on all technical requirements.
Perform other duties as directed by superior.
