JOB ROLE
• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services across the program or project/s
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing.
• Drive and collaborate with test service providers and relevant bank stakeholders to plan all testing related deliveries for the program or project/s.
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored into the plan.
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by Bank stakeholders on testing service providers.
• Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the program or project/s.
• Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains
JOB SPECIFICATION
1. Experience in performing Test Management Activities across multiple projects with sound knowledge on STLC processes, best practices etc.
2. At least 5 years experience of working as SAS Consultant.
3. Strong BFSI background, good knowledge on Financial Data and Reports Domain Projects
4. Excellent communication skills, efficient in Sr. stakeholder management
5. Strong experience in SAS Jobs, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) area.
6. Translate business requirements of risk users into data workable solutions for reporting
Must Have Skill/ Technology
1. SAS professional with over 10+ years of experience in Banking Industry with knowledge of retail and treasury products to large transactional data through different channels
2. Possess extensive knowledge of developing, modifying and maintaining SAS scripts
3. Experience in project planning, impact analysis, functional and technical design, data mapping, development, testing, and production deployment
Good to have Have Skill/ Technology
1. Experience in defining and implementing various industry process improvement models like CMMI (DEV & SVC), ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000, TMMI, TIARA (Testing Maturity), Agile, Lean Six Sigma and ITIL Service Management.
2. Domain Certification in Retail Banking will work as an advantage
