- Reporting to the APAC Head of HR CoEs, the role is responsible to drive the development, implementation, and communication of Total Rewards strategy & programs which are effective and relevant to the business & countries needs to attract, retain, and engage talents
- The role enables the development of both Total Rewards expertise and partnership skills in the Total Rewards & Governance CoE team
- You will lead & manage a team of Total Rewards Managers across APAC
- Key Account Focal to assigned HRBPs, Country/ Cluster HR heads, represent other COE pillars where necessary
- Develop, implement & evaluate total rewards approaches, plans and programs that align with Henkel's goals and objectives
- Ensure programs & offerings are current with regard to market trends, practices, and costs; recommend changes to policies based on trend analysis
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements; analyze impact of legislative changes to current plans and drive solution
- You maintain effective engagement & partnership with country, regional, global and shared services stakeholders
- You ensure effective representation of APAC Total rewards needs & priorities to Global counterparts
- You drive partnership with finance, legal, and tax departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant laws
- You help to drive standardization of policies and processes where needed
- You lead effective implementation and administration of programs across the region
- Lead & provide guidance and support during M&A, org changes to ensure seamless integration of total rewards programs
- You are responsible to manage external vendors’ selection, performance and cost targets
- Responsible for audit of plans and processes in accordance with government regulations and company policies
- Review, provide guidance and support to HR teams/ business leaders on rewards policies, procedures, and best practices
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 12 years working experience in HR
- Minimum 5 years experience in regional compensation and benefits management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and program design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience leading and managing a team is preferred
