Responsibilities:
- Review, identify and update relevant EHS requirements in line with regulatory compliance (MOM, SCDF, NEA, etc.)
- Organize and lead regular EHS inspection, safety meetings, and monitoring of corrective/ preventive actions.
- Lead incident and accident investigation; and follow up on effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Educate and train employees on EHS requirements and regulations to promote zero accident culture
- Work with relevant stakeholders for accident prevention program, conducts hazard identifications and risk assessment.
- Conduct EHS Certification on Semiconductor Tool Start-up
- Plan and implement and effective Management of Change (MOC) in the company.
- Responsible for providing technical safety advice to the relevant stakeholders.
- In charge of coordinating risk assessments with relevant stakeholders.
- Work with other team members of updating the required licenses, approvals and certifications which are necessary for the facilities’ operations and ensure every document is current and not expired
- Collaborate with stakeholders in achieving and maintaining the required certifications for the company such as ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SS 651:2019 and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
- In charge of planning EHS Promotional events and trainings to provide knowledge on Environmental, Health, fire and work safety awareness to the various company’s stakeholders.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health- Level C
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in relevant industries (Semiconductor Manufacturing, Environmental, Petrochemical, Chemicals etc.)
- Senior/FSM Certified by SCDF
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with the MOM
- Environmental Control Officer (NEA) is an added advantage.
